G.H.S.S NO 4: A School from KPK Ed Minister Constituency.

One of the oldest school of Mardan city. Over crowded school with at least 70 student per section. Where a student teacher relationship is at worse. The teasing of teachers is at height in reply, abuses from teacher at peak. Which is result of over crowded, how 'll one man controls 70-80 students. Once teacher turns to board the drama begins. Normally if class strength is low than students won't take risk easily (as in private schools) but if classrooms have 70+ students than its golden opportunity. Question is how a teacher 'll check students work in 40 minutes period and teaches too.

The dilemma is not even a single lecture held of science subject to class 9th although BISE examination is due in March. The lectures on the other side even the science book is not distributed among students. When Students complaint about this to class teacher and head master they replied astonishingly cool. Take an appointment from Education Minister, visit his home and get your complaint registered as he is from your constituency and have no books. If the students has to deal with supervisory matters then what's your job! For what you are highly paid? A simple question arise in every conscious mind.

Here quoting a stall owner who sells chana (type of pule) that at break time teachers earns a little money daily. They allowed the food stall owners to get their stall into the school premises to sell their item to students in break time. And every stall owner pays daily rent which then collected and paid to a teacher in a circle.

 A student quoted his teacher saying that how a poor's sons will become educated man in this society. Every morning he goes for work and not even a single day in year he asked about his son performance/activities while those who afford private schools like me inquire his child status on daily basis. Teachers has great influence over students if they talk like this than how a student will study. Because he had taught this thing in school that you are a son of poor/ illiterate and you 'll have to become like your father. Is this teacher needs a trigger to perform his duty? Here I would quote a conversation between employee and employer as employer is also teacher in City Schools System. Teacher said we groom our student more because we charge them highly and we are paid for that. While Govt. schools are free so don't any thing like us from them. His employee replied sir change the angle than think about it. You are paid high so teach them well and groom them well but Govt. Schools teachers are being paid much more higher than you than why their students are fall behind yours.

This is not story of one school or one teachers mentality or one common man but its our society. Every Government school, Every teacher and every man thinking ....
